AEW will start a heavy brand split, on June 17 with the debut of its new weekly show, AEW Collision, Wrestling Observer Newsletter said on Friday.
The prestigious WON voice Dave Meltzer revealed that AEW's new weekly show will be headed by CM Punk, and the current AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR.
On the other hand, AEW Dynamite will be headlined by The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks), along with Blackpool Compact Club members.
In the same context, it was rumored that AEW Veteran star Christ Jericho may start a program with Punk at the forthcoming Saturday show.
Both stars had a meeting to end any kind of dispute and set aside these differences.
It was reported that the meeting was reportedly set up by Jericho and FTR and they wanted to act as mediators between Punk and AEW.
Punk was suspended by the AEW, last September, after a backstage physical fight with The Elite.
AEW President Tony Khan announced suspending Punk, and The Elite members, and vacating the AEW World title, and AEW Trios titles that were won by Punk, and The Elite at AEW September's Pay-Per-View, All Out.
