President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said, "Our Arab nation is facing fateful challenges that require us to stand united to confront them with firmly." He continued, " Sudan is passing through a dangerous turning point that threatens its unity and stability, which requires urgent action to ensure a ceasefire."
President Sisi added, during his speech at the Arab Summit, "Humanitarian aid must be secured, the unity of Sudan's territories and national institutions must be preserved."
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi participated today in the 34th summit meeting of the Arab League Council, held in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
