President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received, today, Wednesday, Sarah Zaafrani, Prime Minister of the Tunisian Republic.
Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency of the Republic, said that President El-Sisi extended his greetings to President Kais Saied, President of the Tunisian Republic, commending his tireless efforts in leading reform efforts, promoting economic growth, and achieving sustainable development in Tunisia.
The official spokesman added that the meeting addressed ways to enhance the distinguished bilateral relations between Egypt and Tunisia, at both the official and popular levels, stressing the importance of developing joint cooperation in various fields.
The official spokesperson explained that the Tunisian Prime Minister expressed President Kais Saied's eagerness to receive the president on an official visit to Tunisia. The president also invited the Tunisian president to participate in the opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum, scheduled for November 2025.
