Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received on Thursday a phone call from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who congratulated President El-Sisi on his re-election and looked forward to continued cooperation between the two countries, which has seen significant development in recent years.
Sisi thanked his Uzbekistan counterpart for the call, stressing Egypt’s keenness to continue and expand cooperation with Uzbekistan in various fields, as well as to continue consultation and coordination on international issues of mutual interest, to achieve the interests of both peoples.
