On Sunday, Porto defeated the 10-man Sporting Lisbon in the Portuguese Cup.
Mehdi Taremi scored a penalty kick in extra time to give Porto a 2-1 win over Sporting Lisbon.
It is the third time in a row for Porto to win the cup, and the 20th in their history.
Jerry St. Juste scored a header in the 20:00 to give Sporting the lead. After 8 minutes Juste was sent off after receiving a red card.
Five minutes later Porto's Evanilson scored the equalizer, after that Taremi scored the second in the extra time.
Sporting won this year’s Portuguese league, finishing 10 points ahead of Benfica and 18 points ahead of Porto.
