Prime Minister (PM) Mostafa Madbouly said on Saturday that his official talks with his Romanian counterpart Nicolae Ciucă touched on ways to strengthen joint cooperation between both countries.
At tge outset of the meeting, Madbouly expressed his happiness at the visit of his Romanian counterpart to Egypt, as it is the first visit of a Romanian Prime Minister (PM) in 20 years.
Furthermore, PM thanked Romanian PM for receiving the Egyptian students during the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
He also added that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries exceeded $1 billion in 2022.
