Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly expressed, on Sunday, his happiness at attending the Egyptian-Romanian Business Forum, stressing Egypt's keenness to boost relations with Romania, especially in trade and investment.
Moreover, the PM hailed bilateral relations between the two countries as 'very strong' and 'deep'.
He also added that Egypt and Romania signed the establishment of the Egyptian-Romanian Business Council in March 2001, pointing out that the volume of Romanian investments in Egypt reached $104 million.
In addition, Madbouly confirmed that the volume of trade exchange between the two countries reached $1.1 billion, indicating that this number will be increased during the coming period.
