Pentagon Chief Lloyd Austin said on Monday that about 20 countries had announced new security aid packages for Ukraine.
Austin said that in their second gathering, 44 countries met online to discuss the military support for Ukraine, stressing that the meeting was very successful.
He added that many countries would provide artillery ammunition, defense systems, tanks, and other armored vehicles that Ukraine needs.
The Pentagon chief thanked Denmark, that “it will provide a Harpoon launcher and missiles to help Ukraine defend its coast.” He also thanked the Czech Republic for its substantial support, including the recent donation of attack helicopters, tanks and missile systems.
