Both attended the elections of the Defense and National Security committee. PM Kamal Amer won the elections by acclamation after Salah Abo Hmeila quit it.
This morning the elections of the Parliamentary specialized committees have started. Some of committees announced the names of their members and heads such as Doria Sharaf El Din for Media, Tourism, and Antiquities committee.
