Take care of yourself  and do not exaggerate things and problems ..Do not be a prey to sadness and pain instead, be optimistic and live your life basing on the principle of being a benefactor even if you do not receive a favor. "Do charity to keep the ropes of calamities away from your shoulders", These words were said by Imam Ali, we are in a need to these words in this time, the time of Corona, and its terms such as sudden death, the number of patients, respiratory devices, vaccinations and their symptoms..

Although the gloomy virus is a unwanted guest for the lungs and destroys the alveoli, but heart diseases have increased, I was astonished and thought that the heart was affected by the damage caused to the capillaries that supply it with oxygen. But what surprised me is that the heart has a code that confuses with fear of separation from beloved ones and is completely disrupted by worry and sadness that could weaken its muscles .So protect your heart, and keep its code away from any pains. The heart has a code and a brain. these are not words of poets or metaphors, but  words of the author of the book The Code of the Heart, the American scientist Dr. Paul Pearsall who said that that the heart contains an independent and sophisticated nervous system consisting of more than 40,000 neurons and a highly creative complex network that carries a lot of information about our personalities, our history and our memories. It makes the heart love, feel, remember and literally connect with other hearts. This fact is a summary of experiments and research that took many years in the field of heart transplantation.

One of the heart code stories that Dr. Paul Pearsall mentioned in his book is an eighteen-year-old man who was writing poetry, playing music and singing, died in a car accident and his heart was transferred to a girl of the same age, and during an interview between her and the parents of the young man, she played  music in the same way their late son was playing it, and she started signing the lyrics of a song he was saying even though she had never heard it before!

So keep your heart healthy and away from the shocks of the era of the pandemic, do not create a new front against it, because it may let you down as its heartbeat may accelerate and has symptoms similar to cases of a heart attack . In fact this is called broken heart syndrome. May God protect us from its evil and protect our hearts and the hearts of our beloved ones.
