Today, Sunday, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities towards the Palestinian people by activating binding mechanisms to implement the provisions of the United Nations Charter and United Nations resolutions on the Palestinian issue, ahead of the United Nations General Assembly meetings, tomorrow, Monday, in New York.

In a press statement, the Foreign Ministry confirmed that applying the provisions aims to force Israel, as a racist occupying power, to end its occupation.

The ministry stressed that the Israeli government is responsible for the consequences and repercussions of its denial of the just and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and its attempt to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

The ministry condemned the settlers' attacks on Palestinian citizens, their land, homes, and property.

The Foreign Ministry warned the international community against dealing with these practices as familiar things, stressing that the occupying state  is waging a relentless war to liquidate the just and legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people, and remove the Palestinian cause from the ladder of global concerns.
