8 Pakistanis Killed in Armed Attack

On Friday, 4 soldiers and 4 terrorists were killed during exchanging fires after a terrorist group opened fire at a security position in South Waziristan, Pakistan.

Pakistan Armed Forces` Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced in a statement that four soldiers were martyred during the attack.

The statement highlighted: "During exchange of fire, 4 soldiers embraced shahadat." It also expressed that the soldiers responded to the attack and killed four terrorists. Until this moment, no armed group adapted the attack.

Last month, security forces conducted an operation in South Waziristan, and killed two terrorists

The army expressed in a statement: "Security forces conducted an IBO in Nargosa area of South Waziristan district."

It added, "During intense fire, two terrorists, Usman Ali and Waheed Lashtai, were killed and one got injured and apprehended."
