The Arab Academy for Science and Technology in Cairo hosts conference of the Mobile Journalism in the Age of Artificial Intelligence "AI".
The conference began in the presence of the Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity, the President of the Arab Academy, the Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University and a number of Egyptian and Arab media and academic figures.
It lasts for two days, and includes more than 20 training workshops and 9 discussion sessions in which a number of academics, editors-in-chief of media and press institutions and journalists from a number of Arab countries participate. 1800 journalists participate in the conference.
The International Mobile Journalism Conference is the first of its kind in the Arab world, to discuss topics related to the production of journalistic content via mobile, whether in press websites, media institutions or through social media platforms, as one of the forms of content development brought about by digital media.
The conference was discussed in its first edition last year, which was held at Future University under the title "Mobile Journalism... Opportunities and Challenges", many axes, led by mobile journalism in the age of digital media and press coverage.
