For lighter pancakes with less calories, flour can be replaced by oats and butter with labneh.
It is one of the most instant and delicious deserts that can be eaten as a breakfast with dark chocolate syrup, honey, nuts or any kind of fruits.
1/4 cup labneh
2/3 cup powder oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 packet vanilla
1 tbsp fructose sugar
1 tsp butter
Use a mixer to mix eggs with labneh well, then add gradually each of vanilla, fructose sugar , baking soda, oats and mix again.
Heat up little of butter in a pancake pan, then add 2 tbsp of the pancake mixture. After the lower surface gets a golden color turn it gently on the other side.
Repeat the same process till you finish all the mixture.
