Barcelona announced that they have come to terms of agreement with Athletico Madrid over signing Antoine Griezman, after paying the release clause of 120 million Euros.
The Catalans announced on their official website that they have successfully signed 2018's World Cup winner to a lucrative five year contract until 2024. The club added that they included an 800 million release clause for Griezman in case he decides to leave the club, a 100 more than their ace player and legend Lionel Messi.
Griezman will be introduced as Barcelona's new signing within the next few days, ironically it will be away from a live audience before the Camp Nou stadium is currently under maintenance.
