The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail across the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.
It is expected that the temperatures could see a slight increase during the daytime.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo and North Upper Egypt. Fog is also foreseen to prevail in North Coast, Central Sinai, and Canal cities.
Wind will be active occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low waves, ranging between 1 and 2 meters in height varying between southwest and northeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, the country will experience moderate weather at nighttime and in the early hours of the day.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 29°C in Marsa Matruh, 37°C in Sohag, 38°C in Qena, and 39°C in Aswan.
