NXT Deadline to Take Place Tonight

Tonight, NXT, WWE's developmental system, will present its second annual edition of Deadline which contains an Iron Survivor gimmick match.

Early Wednesday, the brand updated the event's card, including announcing the full lineup of both men and women's Iron Survivor matches.

Wes Lee announced that he is injured and will be out of action for 8-12 months, therefore, Dragon Lee will replace him in the NXT North America title match against the Champion Dominik Mysterio.

Dragon Lee will be also supported by the legendary Rey Mysterio as part of the dispute between the Mysterios' story.

By the end of the episode, NXT released a new QR Code for the audience to scan.

After scanning the code, it leads to the poster of the event with a voice message from Cora Hade saying: "See you at Deadline." This could be a teaser for Jade's return to action.
