The National Training Academy (NTA) celebrated on Saturday “The World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development” thanks to its respect for cultural persity intertwined in its organizational behavior and embedded in the full scope of its offerings.

“At NTA, we value the differences among people empowering inclusion against dilution. We work on actively contributing to creating a world with reduced inequalities and heightened integration,” the Academy stated in its press released.

The statement read: “We walk the talk by creating interaction and bridging gaps between alumni and calibers of varying cultures, specialties and industries from different training programs.

Pertaining to that, NTA was designated the mission to host and coordinate President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s call for an inclusive National Dialogue among the Egyptian citizens, parties and civil society to reach a consensus for a unified national agenda.

So on the “World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development”, we find no better occasion to renew our invitation to all Egyptians, who are blessed with an intricate and rich persity of culture and backgrounds, to join this national dialogue and apply through the following link: https://egyouth.com/ar/register/.”

Held every year on May 21th, UNESCO leads the celebration of World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, highlighting not only the richness of the world’s cultures but also the essential role of intercultural dialogue for achieving peace and sustainable development.

The pandemic has proven the intrinsic value of the cultural and creative sector in generating social cohesion, educational resources or personal well-being in times of crisis.

It has also undermined the sector’s potential to generate economic growth, something which is too often underestimated. The cultural sector accounts for 3.1% of global GDP and 6.2% of all employment.
