Norway continued their strong preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a 3-1 victory over Sweden in an international friendly on Monday.
Jørgen Strand Larsen gave Norway an early lead in the 8th minute before Antonio Nusa doubled the advantage in the 18th minute. Larsen struck again in the 37th minute to complete a dominant first-half display.
Sweden reduced the deficit through Alexander Isak in the 76th minute, but Norway remained in control and secured a comfortable win.
Norway will feature in Group I at the World Cup alongside France, Senegal, and Iraq, while Sweden are placed in Group F with Japan, the Netherlands, and Tunisia.
