Early Saturday, New Japan Pro Wrestling presented one of its highly-anticipated international shows, Windy City Riot. The show took place in Chicago, Illinois.

Jon Moxley, AEW/NJPW superstar, defeated IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Tetsuya Naito to be the first wrestler to capture WWE, AEW, and NJPW world titles.

NJPW World Television Title Champion Matt Riddle was defeated by Zack Sabre Jr. SZJ became the first one to capture the World TV title twice.

Mostafa Ali made his NJPW debut in his hometown, defeating Hiromu Takahashi. In addition, Nic Nemeth (FKA Dolph Ziggler in WWE) faced Tomohiro Ishii.

Moreover, one of the night's highlights was the first appearance of Jack Perry (AKA Jungle Boy) in Chicago, the hometown of CM Punk, since his fight backstage in AEW All In, London last year with Punk.

Currently, Perry is trending as the former AEW star, and current WWE Superstar Punk talked about the backstage brawl with Jungle Boy in London, last week, during WWE WrestleMania week activities in an interview with Ariel Helwani.

The statements of Punk drove AEW's Superstars and EVPs The Young Bucks, Matt and Nick Jackson, to air the tape of the fight, which sparked a huge controversy in the Internet Wrestling Community (IWC).

Jungle Boy was suspended after the incident before debuting at NJPW's Battle in the Valley early this year, tearing up his AEW contract, and attacking one of the NJPW's current Three Musketeers, Shota Umino.

During the event, Perry entered the venue with security, followed by huge chants of the fans. The chants included "cry me a river," "CM Punk," "you were chocked," and other boos. It could be one of the top matches that witnessed huge interaction by the fans in the hall.
