Nico Williams Out Spain's Squad for Next UEFA Nations League Games due to Injury

On Tuesday, Spain national football team confirmed that Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams sustained an injury and will miss the upcoming international games for "La Furia Roja."

The Spanish national team announced on their official website that Williams will miss the game, and he left the squad after discussions between the medical teams of his club and the national team. 

He will be replaced by Real Sociedad player Sergio Gomez. 

Last September, La Liga side Atlético Madrid confirmed the injury of their Spanish star Nico Williams.

This is a new hit for the Spanish national team which lost some of their key names due to injuries.

De la Fuente faced some sort of bad luck after losing two of the team's key stars and for the rest of the season. Both Rodri, and Carvajal sustained ACL tear.
