Netflix outages were reported in the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, and Germany, Downdetector announced late Saturday.
Over 5,700 reports of Netflix being down in the last 24 hours, according to the outages-tracking website, Downdetector.
On Thursday, many British users complained that the streaming video service is not working. Of these reports received by Downdetector, 45% stated they were having issues with the app, 31% had problems with the server connection and 24% with video streaming. Accordingly, Netflix was able to get itself sorted fairly quickly.

In a separate note, Netflix is finally adding support for Apple’s spatial audio feature on iPhone and iPad, the streaming giant said to 9to5Mac.
A Netflix spokesperson confirmed to The Verge that the company is rolling out support for the immersive surround sound feature now. The spokesperson said the rollout begins Wednesday and that users should expect to see it over the next few days.
