Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday that his second meeting in two days with US President Donald Trump at the White House focused on efforts to release the hostages, stressing that Israel "will not back down" from this goal.
"We are devoting all our efforts to securing the release of our hostages... and we will not stop for a moment," Netanyahu wrote in a post on the social media platform X, as reported by the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz.
The Israeli Prime Minister's meeting with the US President at the White House came as part of an official visit lasting several days, amidst the escalating Israeli war on the Gaza Strip and ongoing US efforts to push for a ceasefire.
