Egyptian actress Nelly Karim's upcoming TV series for Ramadan 2024 drama marathon has received a title.
It is set to be filmed under the title, "Farawla" (Strawberry).
The project witnesses Karim returning to the comedy genre after participating in past marathons with the angsty genre. She made her last participation in the genre with the 2020 "B 100 Wish".
She participated last Ramadan with the TV series “Omla Nadra“.
It also starred Jamal Suleiman, Kamal Abu Raya, Ahmed Eid, Farida Saif Al-Nasr, Nada Moussa, Mohamed Lotfy, Jumana Murad, Mariam El Khosht, Mohamed Fahim, Ramzy Al-Adl, and Hisham Ashour.
Mohamed El Adl, known as Mando, is directing the series from a script by Medhat El Adl. The series sees Karim embodying a woman from Upper Egypt for the first time who is prevented from inheriting.
