Nahed Al-Kharashi to “see” how to be optimistic, get rid of negative energy, and become attractive

The English site Sada El Balad met with Dr. Nahed Al-Kharashi, a human development expert, personal skills trainer, and granddaughter of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Kharashi, the first Sheikh of Al-Azhar. Al-Kharashi.

She saying:" The person with an attractive personality is not only the person who is characterized by elegance and honesty in words, deeds and behavior, but also a tolerant person who loves to work and has self-confidence".

She added :" If anyone wants to be attractive, he must be characterized by the aforementioned characteristics, and he must immediately abandon extreme jealousy, extreme shyness, and extreme anger as well, in addition to completely staying away from envy and hatred".

When asked about how to get rid of negative energy, she said to achieve this, you must be relaxed, optimistic, and self-confident

She also pointed out that in order for a person to avoid failure and overcome the negative thoughts that attack his mind, she said it is necessary to stop negative thinking and turn the matter into reverse thinking, that is, to be optimistic and move towards positive thoughts that achieve success, progress and prosperity. For example, if a person thinks about failure, he must stop immediately and think about success, its causes, and how to achieve it.
