On Monday, Rafael Nadal was eliminated from the clay-courted Roland Garros, which could be his final Roland Garros as a player.
The 14-time Roland Garros lost in the first round of the French Open to the German Alexander Zverev 6-3, 7-6 (5), 6-3.
Nadal previously said that 2024 likely would be his last season before retirement, but he said Saturday that he is not 100 percent sure he won’t play again at the French Open.
Nadal said: “It's difficult for me to talk. I don't know (if) it's going to be the last time I am here. I am not 100% sure,” adding: “If it's the last time, I enjoyed it.”
The crowds of the match witnessed the presence of several Tennis stars like Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, and Iga Świątek.
