Mushroom Lover!.. Here’s Best Side Dish

If you like eating mushroom then you’re more than lucky as this plant is packed with so many health benefits.

First of all, mushroom is considered as a great source of fiber, protein, potassium, copper besides vitamins B and D.

In the same context, it’s low in calories so it goes well with those who pursue healthy diet.

Also, studies proved that eating mushroom constantly improves immunity and prevent respiratory infections. Here’s the recipe


3 cups fresh mushroom, cut into slices.

1 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 mashed garlic cloves

3 tbsp chopped green cilantro

¼ tsp green pepper


In a pan set on a medium heat, add the butter then the mushroom and stir quickly for 5 minutes.

When mushroom starts to wither, add garlic, salt, black pepper and stir for more 5 minutes till it’s done.

Turn off the heat, then add chopped green cilantro.

Serve your plate with toast, meat or chicken.
