On Sunday, Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho made controversial remarks about the Turkish Super Lig, and Turkish football.
Mourinho made his statements after Fenerbache's dramatic 3-2 win over Trabzonspor.
The former Chelsea and Manchester United coach was furious after the officials of the game didn't give Fenerbache a penalty in the 82nd minute when they appealed for a handball inside the box.
In the press conference, Mourinho said: “Nobody abroad wants to watch the Turkish league. Who wants to watch this Turkish league abroad?”
He concluded: “It’s too grey, it’s too dark. It smells bad.”
