Mostafa Kamel was re-appointed as the Director of the Musicians Syndicate for four years, the Syndicate's media advisor Tarek Mortada told reporters on Tuesday.
Kamel was re-appointed by testimony as he was the only candidate for this position.
In the same context, Mortada highlighted that the elections for the board of directors' memberships will take place on August 1.
Kamel went emotional after knowing his victory and thanked the members of the syndicate.
It is the first time in the history of the syndicate to have a director who won by testimony.
Mortada reflected that 32 members are participating in the elections of the syndicate board's memberships.
Among the participants are Adel Mostafa, Sherif Hamdy, Mohamed Al Mahlawy, Ashraf Al Saadawi, Khaled Abd Allah, Mohamed Saied, Adel Shams, and Khaled Al Ghoul.
