Al Ahly SC South African boss Pitso Mosimane expressed his happiness following the Red Devils "precious" 3-2 win over Al Mokawloon Al Arab SC in the ninth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Mosimane told the official Al Ahly website that despite the team's 2-goal delay in the first half, yet the red team players managed to pull a "sensational comeback".

“The team’s spirit and character were evident in the second half. However, we have to take care in the future games as we might not have enough time to overturn the score,” Mosimane said.

“For the first time since I was assigned my duties as head coach, I was angry at my players in the dressing room at half time.”

“I liked Ali Lotfy’s performance.. Our defense made some mistakes in the first half which led to us conceding two goals,” the South African head coach added.

Concluding his speech, Mosimane praised the rest of Al Ahly’s coaching staff, adding that they played a great role in the victory over Al Mokawloon.
