Moscow University.. Awards Honorary Doctorate to Dr. Amr Salama

Moscow University, one of the biggest Russian University, has given a honorary doctorate to Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, the general Secretary for the federation of Arab universities, the former Minister of higher education and the chairperson of the 57357 hospital.

Dr. Salama was honored for his scientific achievements and for his role in improving the international Russian relations.

Dr. Salama established the federation of Arab Russian universities and signed the cooperation protocols between the Arabic and Russian University in different fields.

He was a huge supporter to the cooperation between Helwan University and the Russian Universities. He also held a celebration for the Russian writer Pushkin.

He confirmed his pride for being the chairman of the 57357 hospital that is considered one of the national treasures.

The university had awarded the honorary doctorate to two influential people, the head of the basic and applied research center in Russia and Dr. Amr Salama.

It's important to mention Dr. Salama's held a lot of important scientific, political and social positions; he was the president of Helwan University in 2002, the Minister of Higher education in 2004, the head of the housing and building research center in 2006, and finally the general Secretary for the federation of Arab Universities.
