The series follows the hardship and challenges of a widow (Zaki) as she cares for her home and two children.

“Taht El Wasaya” consisted of 15 episodes and achieved great success during the premiere. Zaki was honored for her performance by the National Council for Women (NCW).

In a statement to "SBC" Saudi TV channel, Zaki has opened up about the reason behind not participating in the drama marathon.

She disclosed that she needed to take a vacation, and noted that she never worked "Two years in a row.”

"A large part of my decision to step away this year is due to the need to present a good script as well as the need to rest and spend more time with my family,” she commented.
