Moman Zakaria Trends Twitter in Egypt

Al Ahly midfielder Moman Zakaria topped Twitter trends in Egypt after his shocking appearance on "Mbc Masr" Channel.

Hashtag "Support_Moman_ Zakaria" trends the social media platform after his statements during an interview with the "El-Laeeb" program aired on Mbc Masr channel.

The 31-year-old player revealed his injury, which kept him away from football for six months, saying it was "a Psychological injury."

"I suffered an injury in my knee. My mother was ill which left me down with none in my assistance," Zakria said.

"I will leave for a medical check-up in Germany to settle on the duration of the treatment, ” footballer Moamen Zakaria said.

After his statements, Al Ahly's players supported Zakaria, sending their best wishes, and tributes to the player.

Zakria joined the Red Devils in 2015 from Enpy following his loan Zamalek. He moved to the Saudi's club Ohod Al-Medina on Loan in January before terminating his contract with the Club and returning to Cairo giants Al Ahly.

It is worth mentioning that the Egyptian Premier League winners are preparing for their CAF Champions League encounter against Cano sport in the first leg of the last 32 on Saturday, September 14. The Red Devils qualified for the last 32 after defeating Etlaa Bara with unanswered thirteen goals on aggregate.
