Egyptian star Mohamed Salah broke a new record in the English Premier League competition, after becoming the fastest player to reach 30 goals in a single season in the history of the English Premier League, after achieving that in just 18 matches, surpassing former Reds star Luis Suarez.

Luis Suarez had reached 30 goals in his 19th match with Liverpool in the 2013-14 season, while Norwegian star Erling Haaland came in third place with 22 contributions in the 2022-23 season.

Mohamed Salah managed to score a goal and make two assists during the West Ham match that took place yesterday, Sunday, to reach 30 goals in the English Premier League this season, with 17 goals and 13 assists.

With this result, Liverpool continued to top the Premier League table with 45 points, collected from winning 14 matches, drawing 3, and losing 1, scoring 45 goals and conceding 17. While West Ham came in thirteenth place in the Premier League table with 23 points, collected from winning 6 matches, drawing 5, and losing 8 matches, scoring 23 goals and conceding 35.
