The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Coast during Thursday daylight hours.
Moderate weather is also expected in North Upper Egypt while South Sinai and South Upper Egypt will experience moderately warm conditions.
Winds occasionally occur across the country.
Light rainfall is predicted to hit the Northeast Coast.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 2 meters and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 2 meters and 3 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 18°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Marsa Matruh, 20°C in Sohag, 21°C in Qena, and 23°C in Aswan.
