Moderate Weather Prevails across Egypt on Thursday, Cairo 20°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt during Thursday’s daylight hours.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to hit North Coast Egypt, South Sinai will face moderately warm weather, and South Upper Egypt will experience warm conditions.

Winds occasionally occur across the country.

Light to medium rainfall will prevail in the North Coast, Lower Egypt, and Central Sinai. Light rain is predicted to hit Cairo, Canal Cities, and North Upper Egypt.

Furthermore, maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Mediterranean Sea with winds averaging 40 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:4 meters.

Furthermore, the Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 meters and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 18°C in Marsa Matruh, 25°C in Sohag, 26°C in Qena, and 24°C in Aswan.
