Moderate Weather Expected for Egypt on Monday, Cairo 20°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather will prevail in most parts of the country during Monday's daylight hours.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Winds occasionally occur across the country, stirring sand and dust in the south of the country.

There is a chance of light rainfall prevailing in Cairo and the North Upper Egypt.

Light to moderate rain is expected in the Northwest Coast, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, and the Red Sea governorate.

Moderate to heavy rain is also forecast to hit the Eastern Coast, and North and Central Sinai.

Furthermore, maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the shores of Marsa Matruh, Alexandria, El-Alamein, Beheira, and Kafr El Sheikh, with winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:3.5 meters.

Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 20°C in Alexandria, 19°C in Marsa Matruh, 23°C in Sohag, 24°C in Qena, and 24°C in Aswan.
