On Sunday, prestigious British newspaper Mirror reported that Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta and Edo, Arsenal sporting director, consider the departure of Egypt international Mohamed El Neny away from the gates of the Gunners.

El Neny was not the only reported name to leave the Gunners, but also Cedric Suarez seemed to leave Arsenal by the end of this season.

Elneny made only 6 appearances with Arsenal in all competitions during the current season, as well as Cedric Suarez.

At the same time, it is possible that Kieran Tierney, who is currently on loan to Real Sociedad, will be sold, the same goes duo Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lukunga.

Last year, Elneny signed a contract extension with Arsenal.

The club added in the statement that Elneny is now the squad's longest-serving player. He made 155 appearances with Arsenal in different competitions, scored six goals, and made 10 assists during his seven-year journey with The Gunners.
