Mayar Sherif Int'l Ranking Improved from 80 to 66

Egyptian Tennis star Mayar Sherif improved, Monday, her international ranking to the 66th world's seed.

Sherif jumped 14 places in the international ranking after her latest participations in several championships like Parma Ladies Open, Rome Tennis Open, and Madrid Tennis Open.

Sherif lost to Anna Carolina Schmiedlova in the final of Parma Ladies Open.

Sherif advanced to the final after defeating Renata Zarazua, the world's No. 125 seed, in the semi final 6-4, 6-4.

Previously, she was eliminated from Rome Tennis Open Round 3 after being defeated by Victoria Azarenka, the world's No. 24 seed.

Egypt's Tennis star advanced to the final of Catalonia Open tournament, and lost to Katerina Siniakova 4/6 - 6/4 - 3/6.

She was eliminated from the Madrid Tennis Open last week after being defeated by world's No. 4 seed the Kazakhstani Elena Rybakina in the round of 32 of the Madrid Tennis Open tournament.
