On Monday, Egypt international Omar Marmoush arrived in England, according to British media reports.
Marmoush is set to undergo a medical examination and officially sign a contract with Manchester City.
Fabrizio Romano cited English journalists, saying: "Good news: Omar Marmoush has arrived in Manchester."
Romano confirmed that Marmoush is ready for his medical in Manchester and will sign his contract within the next 24 hours.
Manchester City and Eintracht Frankfurt have reached an agreement for Marmoush’s transfer during the current winter transfer window for a fee of €75 million, plus €5 million in add-ons.
According to Sky Germany, Marmoush is set to earn an annual salary of €17 million, which will be reduced to €10 million after taxes upon signing with Manchester City.
