On Monday, Mario Balotelli made his comeback to Seria A once again after joining Serie A, Genoa.
In an official statement, the club said: "Balotelli is a new player at Genoa (...) welcome to Genoa, Super Mario."
The 34-year player underwent the medical check-up and signed his contract.
According to Italian media, Balotelli will stay with the Italian club till the end of this season.
Genoa are currently suffering as they have only six points and seven goals scored in nine matches.
The player had several runs in Seria B with Monza, before moving to Adana Demirspor. He also had an experience in Switzerland with Sion, before returning to Adana Demirspor for the 2023-24 season.
Since his last appearance in the Serie A was in the 2019-20 season with Brescia.
He could make his debut on Thursday during their game against Fiorentina.
