Mansour's Lawsuit Referred to State Commissioners Authority

Egyptian State Council's Administrative Judiciary Court referred Zamalek President Mortada Mansour's case to the State Commissioners Authority.

Mansour demands in the case the suspension of the decision issued by the Egyptian Olympic Committee to dismiss him for a period of four years and to oblige the management of the Zamalek Club to call for a general assembly to elect a new president for the club.

The court set a hearing at 27 December; waiting for the report.

The lawsuit is filed against the Minister of Youth and Sports, the Executive Director of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Hisham Hatab, Chairman of the Egyptian Olympic Committee.
