Manchester United have completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos from Chelsea on a five-year contract, the Premier League club announced on Monday.
The 22-year-old arrives at Old Trafford following the departure of compatriot Casemiro, whose contract expired earlier this summer, as United strengthen their midfield ahead of the 2026-27 season.
Santos made 43 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea last season and featured as a substitute during the club's successful FIFA Club World Cup campaign.
Speaking after completing the move, Santos said: "Everything about Manchester United is special; it is an incredible feeling to join a club that some of my biggest idols have represented.

The Brazilian international has earned six senior caps for Brazil but was left out of the squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where the Seleção were eliminated in the Round of 16 by Norway.
Santos' arrival comes amid continued speculation linking Manchester United with Aston Villa midfielder Youri Tielemans, as the club looks to further reinforce its midfield options before the new campaign.
