Manchester City agreed with AC Milan on the loan of Kyle Walker for the rest of the season, English media reported on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old is now closing in on his departure from the English Premier League champions, after submitting a formal request to explore opportunities abroad during the final years of his career.
Both Manchester City’s Director of Football and manager Pep Guardiola respected the desires of Walker.
Guardiola told a media conference of Walker earlier this month, “Incredible player, incredible physicality. When focussed, he’s unstoppable. A top class player!
“If he’s fit and his mind is there, he can play one, two, three, four more years. I’ve never seen a player with this physical condition in my career.”
It was reported that an agreement is in place between Premier League champions and Italian giants AC Milan.
According to L’Equipe’s Loic Tanzi said that Manchester City and AC Milan have now reached an agreement over a paid loan with a purchase option for Walker.
