On Friday, a young man passed away in a town in northwestern France after falling from the roof of a shopping mall in what was described by the police as an apparent burglary attempt.
The man crashed through the roof of a shopping mall while trying to break into a supermarket, police said.
He climbed onto the mall's roof around 5:00 am, prosecutor Frederic Teillet said.
After that, he fell, and sustained serious injuries, before His death.
Police added that the man was with another young man who told police that they planned to break into one of the shops at the shopping mall.
Meanwhile, the police in Petit-Quevilly near Rouen in northwestern France were busy dealing with thousands of protestors who stormed into streets to protest against the police shooting that killed a teenager on Tuesday.
