Mai Selim Receives UAE Golden Visa

Jordanian singer-actress Mai Selim announced Thursday on Instagram that she had received a Golden Card visa from the UAE.

The singer expressed her honor and gratitude for receiving the residency.

She also thanked Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum for granting her residency.

A few famous faces have been awarded the UAE Golden visa including, prominent Egyptian actress Nabila Ebeed, Brazilian retired footballer and ambassador Roberto Carlos, Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic, Egyptian singer-actor Khaled Selim, Lebanese stars Carole Samaha and Nadine Nassib Njeim, and actor turned rapper Mohamed Ramadan.

The Golden Card is a long-term residence visa issued for 5 to 10 years and will be renewed automatically.

Selim will next appear in film "EGP 200".

The cast also features Nelly Karim, Asser Yassin, Hany Ramzy, Khaled El Sawy, Esaad Younis, Amr Abd El Geleel, Ahmed Rizk, and Mohamed Farrag.

The film is a social genre and chronicles the lives of people of different social classes who are tied together with EGP 200 paper currency.

Selim participated last Ramadan with TV series “Lahm Ghazal”.
