It was written by Ali Salem and directed by Galal al Sharkawy. Ali Salem adopted the story from a British movie featured in 1967 named" To Sir, with Love".

"Madrasat El-Moshaghbeen" starred a cast of relatively new actors at the time but due to its major success in Egypt and the Middle East, it rose its cast to stardom. Imam was praised for his comedy and kicked-started his career as one of the most popular actors in the Middle East.
