Macron Seen Boxing Days before French Elections

Emmanuel Macron is doing everything he can to boost his powerful image after he was photographed participating in a boxing stunt.

Macron visited a sports club to participate in the training sessions, just days before the vote in the run-off of the French presidential elections.

It comes just days after Macron released a series of unofficial photos in a bid to win the support of young voters.

Opinion polls show Macron continuing to lead Marine Le Pen ahead of Sunday's run-off.

Three separate surveys including all responses collected on Thursday.

They showed Macron's score either stable or slightly up, reaching between 55.5% and 57.5%. They also estimated the turnout rate between 72% and 74%, the lowest in a presidential run-off since 1969.
