A Lufthansa flight from Manchester to Munich was forced to make an unscheduled landing in London on Wednesday due to engine problems.
A spokeswoman for Germany's national airline Lufthansa said in Frankfurt that flight LH507 was diverted to London's Heathrow airport after experiencing "engine problems near the English Channel".
All 107 passengers were rebooked on other flights.
"Lufthansa regrets the inconvenience caused to all passengers on this flight," the spokeswoman said, adding that "safety on board is a top priority for Lufthansa".
