“Luck” Trailer Released

Apple TV+ released Thursday the trailer for the animated movie “Luck“.

The voice cast features Jane Fonda, Whoopi Goldberg, Eva Noblezada, Simon Pegg, Flula Borg, Lil Rel Howery, Colin O’Donoghue, John Ratzenberger, and Adelynn Spoon.

It follows Sam Greenfield (voiced by Noblezada), the unluckiest person in the world, who finds her life turned around after finding a lucky penny and meets a talking cat named Bob (Pegg).

Greenfield finds herself in the magical Land of Luck, where she also bumps into a dragon (Fonda). She goes on a quest to bring some good luck home for her best friend.

John Lasseter, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and David Eisenmann produced the project.

"Luck" is scripted by Kiel Murray and directed by Peggy Holmes, the latter previously helmed some animated Disney sequels.

The movie will premiere globally on Apple TV+ on August 5.
